Hello and welcome to my website, my name is Bim and I have been a professional photographer working from Bovey Tracey in Devon for over 20 years.

Initially i was a portrait and wedding photographer using my own traditional dark room and film cameras where my love of black and white photography first began. Since the advent of digital photography I have diversified into a wider range of subjects including Dartmoor landscapes, product photography and head shots as used for promotion, advertising and website presentation. Modern techniques also have made copying and photo restoration much more successful possibility in repairing or enhancing cherished old photographs.

I have lived in Devon for most of my life and feel very fortunate to be able to capture my love of the surrounding landscapes combining it with my interst in photography.

Living on the edge of Dartmoor is a great location to explore its ever changing moods and for me an enjoyable and rewarding way to keep fit. My interests include sport and drama and I have been a member of the Bovey Tracey Players for many years and written and performed in many pantomimes and shows.
